The video clearly shows a Tenant trying to highlight the Health, Safety and Fire concerns.

The housing officer requests that the materials are removed, they are then returned at a later date.

Another Tenant spends time and energy cleaning up the communal area after the contractors failed to do so.

Damage all around

There are signs of leaks and subsidence outside and throughout the building.

Communal Works

As well as a number of flats that were suffering the effects of a leak, the communal area had also been severely affected.

Tenants had been complaining for months about the terrible smell and mould in the communal hall.

It was only once British Land came and viewed the area that Origin finally decided to commence ‘repairs’.
