Here is video and photos of the obvious signs of leaks in the basement. Origin have admitted that leaks that occurred on Level 1, in flats 1 & 2 are linked to the basement. But when this tenant raised concerns about leaks in the basement before severe leaks occurred on level 2 Origin have said it was impossible for the leaks to be related due to the distance 🙄 . In fact any evidence that this Tenant provided months in advance of the serious leaks occurring on level 2 and to Sainsbury’s were ignored by Origin.
Despite all of the evidence that this Tenant has gathered (including a timeline pinpointing where and how the commercial properties were effected this website only showcases some) that was provided to Origin, they chose to ignore it all. Once British Land began complaining they made sure to use this Tenant as a scape goat. They put this Tenant through hell.
