Health & Safety risk assessment is one of the most basic procedures that a Contractor should adhere to, especially in a public setting.

In some instances some of the Health & Safety concerns highlighted below were sustained or reoccurred for months. It should be noted that at times Tenants were not even informed that works were going to take place, nor where they told how long the works would last.
